We all experience low times in our lives, but what we allow to come from those low experiences can lift us up into greater levels of spiritual growth and evolution for us to experience more of who we came here to be.

Through Tammy’s own experiences of the low, painful times in her life to understanding at new higher levels of what those experiences really mean along her spiritual journey here in the physical, she shares inspiration, insight, and new perspectives of ways to be present and conscious in all of our experiences for the fullness they offer to us along our human journey as well as for our soul and why it chose to come into this physical reality.

It may not always be what we expect or what we'd even desire to experience, but it does show up to assist us in truly experiencing ourselves in all that we can be and didn't even know that we could or wanted to be.
